On Wednesday, July 10th, Apolat Legal, in collaboration with the Bến Tre Provincial Investment and Startup Promotion Center and IP Cozula, organized the training program “Legal Knowledge on Taxation and Contracts for Newly Established Businesses and Upgraded Business Households” in Bến Tre City.
Apolat Legal was represented by Lawyer Nguyễn Minh Tiến, a member of Apolat Legal, who served as the speaker, with the support of Ms. Nguyễn Phương Anh, a legal specialist at Apolat Legal.
Apolat Legal hopes that after Lawyer Tiến’s sharing, the representatives from local businesses and cooperatives will be able to update their legal knowledge on taxation, understand the relevant legal regulations on contracts, and learn new knowledge about signing electronic contracts under the 2023 Electronic Transactions Law to apply in their operations.
